Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
Items that have not yet been fulfilled are not eligible for return.

For eligible returns, FUR4 currently limits return requests to one item/SKU per request.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or worn where the product does not comply with our return policy.
Certain items may also be marked as non-returnable on the product page due to hygiene, safety, or other product-specific reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request through your account and include photos if requested.
We will review the request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
For approved U.S. returns, FUR4 provides a return label through the return portal.
Once your return is approved:

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, FUR4 does not broadly offer automated exchanges through the return portal.

Discounted items may still be eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page or promotion terms.
