Shipping Policy
For FUR4-Owned Stores and Online Marketplace Orders

This Shipping Policy explains how FUR4 processes, ships, tracks, and supports orders placed through FUR4-owned online stores and FUR4-operated marketplace storefronts. It is written for customer-facing use on FUR4.com and can also be adapted for marketplace seller profiles, product pages, and customer-service templates.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to orders placed through FUR4-owned websites, including FUR4.com and any FUR4-operated online storefront, as well as orders placed through online marketplaces where FUR4 is the seller of record or fulfillment party.
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, retailers, dealers, or dropship programs may also be subject to the shipping, return, customer-service, and claims policies of that marketplace or retail partner. Where a marketplace or retail partner has stricter rules, FUR4 will follow the applicable marketplace or partner requirement.
Wholesale, distributor, dealer, retail 1P, B2B, EDI, API, routing-guide, and freight shipments are governed by the applicable commercial agreement, purchase order, routing guide, shipping program, or partner onboarding requirements.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock consumer orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization, order review, and inventory confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders may take longer to process if an address requires correction, payment or fraud review is pending, inventory is being allocated across fulfillment locations, a marketplace requires additional verification, or a carrier or fulfillment-center exception occurs.
If a marketplace, retailer, or checkout page shows a specific ship-by date or delivery promise, that channel-specific commitment will control for that order.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
FUR4 may ship orders through national carriers, regional carriers, postal networks, third-party logistics providers, marketplace fulfillment services, or approved dropship fulfillment lanes. Carrier selection may depend on the order destination, product availability, service level, package size, marketplace rules, and carrier performance.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed by the carrier or marketplace.
Shipping Destinations
FUR4 ships to eligible locations shown as available at checkout or supported by the marketplace where the order is placed.
Some destinations may be unavailable because of product restrictions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, marketplace program rules, fulfillment-center coverage, or address type. Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, remote regions, or restricted locations may not be available for every service.
International availability may vary by country, marketplace, product, carrier lane, customs documentation, duties/taxes setup, and fulfillment method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order value, shipping destination, package size and weight, selected service level, fulfillment location, and marketplace or promotional rules.
Free shipping, discounted shipping, bundled shipping, or promotional shipping may be offered from time to time and may be limited to certain products, countries, services, or marketplaces.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law, required by a marketplace policy, or caused by a confirmed FUR4 fulfillment error.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After an order ships, FUR4 or the marketplace will provide tracking information when available. Tracking may be sent by email, SMS, order account notification, or marketplace message center.
Tracking is normally posted after the carrier has accepted or scanned the package. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
For marketplace and dropship orders, FUR4 follows the applicable channel requirements for tracking upload, carrier selection, label compliance, and ship-by timing.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations. If an order ships in multiple packages, each package may have a separate tracking number.
FUR4 does not intentionally charge additional shipping solely because an order is split for operational reasons.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, building, company name, postal code, phone number, and delivery instructions where required.
FUR4 is not responsible for delays, returned packages, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or restricted addresses. If a package is returned because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact FUR4 or the marketplace immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or ships.
Delivery Estimates and Carrier Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may be affected by weather, carrier congestion, fulfillment-center timing, customs processing, holidays, remote delivery areas, incorrect addresses, marketplace review, labor disruptions, or events outside FUR4's control.
FUR4 will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders on time, but carrier delivery delays after pickup are generally outside FUR4's direct control.
Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, lost, misdelivered, or delivered but not received, contact FUR4 or the marketplace where the order was placed as soon as possible.
Customers should report delivery problems within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date or delivery scan so FUR4 can review tracking, confirm the ship-to address, open a carrier inquiry, and determine available options.
If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, FUR4 will assist with the investigation, but replacement or refund eligibility may depend on the marketplace policy, carrier claim outcome, delivery location, and facts of the order.
For suspected theft after delivery, customers may need to check with household members, neighbors, property managers, building mailrooms, local carrier offices, and, where appropriate, local authorities.
Damaged Packages or Items
If an order arrives damaged, contact FUR4 or the marketplace within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label if possible.
FUR4 may replace the item, issue a refund, provide return instructions, or request additional information depending on the facts of the order and the applicable marketplace or retail policy.
Do not discard damaged product or packaging until the claim is resolved, because the carrier, marketplace, or FUR4 may require photos or inspection.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages may be returned to FUR4 or the fulfillment location if the address is invalid, incomplete, inaccessible, refused, unclaimed, restricted, or if duties/taxes are not paid where required.
If a package is returned to sender, FUR4 will review the order and determine whether it can be reshipped, refunded, or cancelled. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund unless the return was caused by a confirmed FUR4 fulfillment error or the applicable marketplace policy requires otherwise.
International Shipping, Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, delivery-area surcharges, or other government charges. These charges are controlled by the destination country and are not always included in the product price or shipping price.
Depending on the marketplace, checkout configuration, destination country, and shipping lane, duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout or collected at delivery. FUR4 may support different international shipping structures, including delivered-duty-paid or delivered-at-place configurations where available.
Customers are responsible for complying with import rules in their country and for paying any duties, taxes, fees, or charges not collected at checkout. Refusal to pay required import charges may result in delay, abandonment, return, disposal, or reduced refund eligibility.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, documentation review, local delivery partners, holidays, and destination-country requirements.
Online Marketplace Orders
Orders placed on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace channels are subject to that marketplace's order, shipping, delivery, return, customer-service, and claims procedures.
If a marketplace requires that customer support, return requests, tracking questions, or refund requests be handled through the marketplace message center or order portal, customers should use that marketplace process first.
FUR4 will work to meet applicable marketplace standards for ship-by dates, carrier selection, tracking upload, inventory accuracy, packaging, returns, and customer-service responsiveness.
Packaging Standards
FUR4 ships products in protective packaging designed to reduce damage during transit. Orders may ship in plain corrugate cartons, marketplace-approved packaging, retailer-approved packaging, or carrier-compliant shipping materials.
Marketplace, dropship, or retailer programs may restrict marketing inserts, branded shippers, labels, carrier services, or packaging presentation. Where those rules apply, FUR4 will follow the channel-specific packaging requirement.
Inventory Availability and Backorders
FUR4 works to keep inventory information accurate across owned websites, marketplaces, and fulfillment channels. Inventory availability may vary by channel, region, fulfillment center, or marketplace program.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, FUR4 may cancel the order, issue a refund, offer a replacement option, or provide updated timing where permitted by the marketplace or checkout flow.
Returns and Exchanges
This Shipping Policy covers shipping, delivery, and fulfillment. Returns, exchanges, refunds, warranty handling, and damaged-item resolutions may be governed by the FUR4 Return Policy, FUR4 warranty terms, or the marketplace where the order was placed.
Marketplace orders must follow the return and refund workflow required by that marketplace.
Customer Support
For FUR4-owned website orders, use the contact method provided in your order confirmation or on the FUR4 website.
For marketplace orders, use the marketplace order page, message center, return center, or customer-service process associated with that purchase.
For wholesale, dealer, distributor, retail, dropship, EDI, or B2B shipment coordination, use the contact and operational process listed in the applicable partner agreement, purchase order, routing guide, or onboarding documents.
Policy Updates
FUR4 may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carriers, fulfillment partners, marketplace requirements, international shipping lanes, service levels, product availability, or operating procedures.
The version posted on the applicable FUR4 website or marketplace at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order unless a marketplace or legal requirement states otherwise.
SHORT MARKETPLACE VERSION
FUR4 ships eligible orders through approved carrier, marketplace, and fulfillment networks. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless a marketplace-specific ship-by date or delivery commitment applies. Tracking is provided after the order ships and the carrier accepts or scans the package.
Shipping availability, delivery estimates, rates, returns, and claims may vary by marketplace, destination, product, and fulfillment method. Marketplace orders are also subject to the applicable marketplace's shipping, return, refund, and customer-service policies.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. FUR4 is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, restricted, or undeliverable addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other import charges unless those fees are collected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier, customs, or local delivery conditions.
